这道糖醋鸡看似油腻,但是绝对没有经过油炸哦,所以可算是满健康的!
做法简单只需要多花些时间与耐心就行了!
材料:
鸡肉:可预先用蚝油、生抽、适量盐、糖、胡椒粉腌制30分钟左右
酱汁:老抽、生抽、糖、白米醋、料酒
简略烹调方式如下:
1.首先热油爆香姜、葱、蒜米
2.然后加入腌制好的鸡肉炒至六七分熟
3.再陆续倒入预先调配好的酱汁以中小火不停翻炒直到酱汁慢慢收干前再以大火翻炒搅拌均匀,即可上碟。酱汁可视火候一点一点慢慢加入
4.最后可依个人喜好在鸡肉上撒些青葱、芝麻等佐料
建议:这道菜也可以换成排骨只是排骨肉质较硬,需要煮久一些些。
